Top Weight Loss Secrets From
Kathy Bee’s New E-book

When you are healthier, you can lead more quality lifestyle. Some people need to lose weight. When most people decide that it’s time to lose weight, it’s usually after they have had a reaction to someone or something like: a friend or family member saying “Ooh girls looks like you’ve been eating too many Bon Bons”…or a reality-check when you gaze at yourself in the mirror, without clothing. All you see at this point is people staring at you and secretly whispering that you are fat. This is the moment when most people decide it’s time to lose weight. It’s based on an emotional response. At this point they have no plans, no proven methods or fact based remedies.

Next –up, they begin looking for a quick fix…shakes, pills, gyms, cleanses, laxatives…anything that will give quick desired results…Immediately!

I can relate to this scenario. I am a 57 year woman, from a family of people who can easily gain weight, whose job is to sing and entertain in front of audiences. Staying in shape is a must but is not easy when I have many eyes staring at and judging me.  Not only are my costumes expensive…but my stamina and energy levels must be maintained. I’m exposed to the same holidays, friends with dinner parties, eating out at restaurants as most people and it is difficult maintaining my weight. When I gain an extra 10 lbs. …it becomes a major problem.

Even the TV betrays us all with commercials about great looking thin people eating fattening foods…24-7. And those chocolate commercials…eat chocolate and feel better…

I am often asked how do I keep in shape…fit?

Truth be known, I have tried many different diet plans and remedies for many years. Some have worked while others have been huge disappointments. I came to the conclusion that the majority of the successful diet and weight loss plans, that did work, had 3 same things in common…exercise…drink plenty of water and reduce your calorie intake.

The missing factor in most over the counter or mail order diets, the “Secret to losing weight” was the weight loss coach…a diet buddy!  Without your personal fitness trainer, your personal weight loss coach encouraging you, driving you, you are left to fend-off your same old habits and routines; the lifestyle; the reason that you gained the weight in the first place.

I wrote a guide book called My Diet Buddy.  In this book, for ten days, I become your personal weight loss coach.  Not only do I share with you all the ways that I stay in shape, lose weight and remain healthy, I also will you provide you with daily instructions and tools. I also ask you questions about how you feel, what challenges you are facing and how to work on emotional problems during your 10 days. If you follow the plan exactly…you can lose 10 lbs. (or more) in 10 days on any legitimate diet plan. In this chapter you will receive the 1st day of 10…
